Based on what solutions for services you have subscribed in Intelsity system, the system sends you the Customers qualified requests along with the complete details of the requirements, documents & customer details.
Once your get your qualifed Job opportunity based on the information provided to you by the system or what you have subscribed you can choose to accept of pass the opportunity and the opportunity is automatically assigned to next qualified Vendor / Supplier / Implementor.
Once you get the lead and you have accpeted the opportunity, you will be able to quote within the system and you will be evaluated on the system.
Once the customer finds you competent and qualifed, customer issues an Third Party Provisional Letter through the system that you have been awarded the project.
Every IntelsityPro gets a free profile. You can add key information such as your contact details, your business categories, Company profile. We will include past jobs, customer reviews and customer ratings to your profile as you use Intelsity. The more active you are and the better service you provide, the better profile you will have on Intelsity Pro Vendor Profile you have the chances of getting hired quite often.
You should respond to job leads in a professional and clear manner. Write clearly and make sure you add a price and what you will do for that price. Also make sure you provide your availability to complete the job.
Customers like to know a range for the service that you provide. Provide a price range and be clear about what the price includes.
Ask your customers to take the time to review your work on Intelsity once you complete the job. It is important for you to build your track record on Intelsity as it will help you get hired more often. If you let us know that the job was completed, we will also help you get a review from the customer.
